zero3 question: can I use TV-OUT by AV cable and display in Debian?

I saw the datasheet, it said only Android system can use TV-OUT by AV cable and display.

I have seen mentioning that the new Debian supports TV-OUT for zero 2, however no idea which image is that. Would be really nice to know how to run TV-OUT on zero 3 besides android 12 TV.
