Enable the wifi

I would like to enable the wifi for my orange pi plus 2
In debian 8 jessie there is a program "Network connections"
When I open it I can see the wired connection 1 "now" . This the ethernet connected to my router
But what about the wifi "Cobra" ?
How to start the Cobra ?
If I type

nmcli g

It seems everything is ok

I'm trying to create a new connection ad hoc but nothing , with my device android scanning I don't find orange pi wifi , I find other wifi but not this

Did you solve this problem? I also cannot connect wifi in Orange Pi Plus 2. I use Debian_jessie_mini.img. I don't use GUI. How can I connect wifi via command line?

I don't know because I have GUI debian jessie .
The wifi exist , the wlan0 and wlan1 are ok but nothing , it doesn't work

this situation is very bad .
I'm trying several configurations and I see the wifi on in network manager .
From orange pi wifi I can see other wifi net but not vice-versa.
My target is to use orange pi as server wifi and discover it by using android devices and connect to it ....maybe better to use usb-wifi or raspberry with more informations
