Back up to sd card

I have installed debian 8 jessie on my orange pi plus 2 .
I like that OS .
I started from sd card , as normally does. Then I have installed the OS on the EMMC and updated it and ugraded too.
I have installed a lot of programs and now I would like to make a backup or image of it .
Today I found my usb pen drive by using mount device . tomorrow I create the image and I will try to move it into the usb pen .
Then I put it in my desktop .
Since everythings works ok , if not I have my image to burn into sd card and restart again but without update and install all of the programs I'm using now .
