GPU support and codecs in Linux OrangePi 3 LTS

In manual Pi 3 LTS i see info:

And for three months there were no updates on this matter. The fact is that I took OrangePi specifically for video tasks, to launch OBS Studio with the broadcast of IP cameras. But now I have everything zhzhutko slows down and everything is overloaded. And only in the manual I found out that support for hardware acceleration is not currently implemented, it's terrible.
Moreover, on a regular Pi 3, GPU support is available, as well as support for hardware decoding of standard codecs:

Please tell me the status of codec and GPU driver development in general for OrangePy 3 LTS.

And I'm wondering if I can return this model to the seller? Since there is no information about this anywhere.
