How can I test built in memory to get bad address.

Hello every one.

I have orange pi pc which have 1GB ram memory.
I think broken memory cause freeze.
I want to test memory.
There is not program as memtest86+.
memtester could not allocate 200M over.
I wish I could get special image for testing.
Maybe It's easy for expert.

Having an ARM port of Memtest making partially sense only. There is no chance to replace the RAM on these boards and it is probably cheaper (time consumption for testing included) to just buy a new board an test again.

There are different programs that are helpful in managing the memory. if you are looking for such program. You can check the memory status by using the taskbar and system information but users can find more solutions for public records at Ohio. In taskbar it will show the usage and the free available space in your memory.
