Good day everyone. I need help with my trouble.
In short, OpangePi One hangs on reboot, but not every time, but approximately in 3 percents of cases.
So, now more info about issue.
What we have:
- We have about 3500 orangepies.
- We have armbian ( https://www.armbian.com/ ) on these ones.
- Often we need to reboot our orangepies.
- Sometimes after orangepi switched off, it don't wake up. Leds on Ethernet adapter is lights up permanently and nothing more. And it returns to life only after power supply reconnecting.
- There is nothing output on display thorought hdmi. We closely watched out for display, even used webcam for recording what happened there.Last what has been displayed is login prompt. We send reboot command remote, monitor goes blank and don't get any signal anymore.
- Nothing output throught serial interface too. Last what we see before orangepi hungs is the string about orangepi go to reboot.
- We tryed two ways for reboot: 1) simple using reboot command; 2) using watchdog (echo 1 > /dev/watchdog). We have equal results - orangepi returns nothing after it switch off.
- I measured voltage between 5V and 0v GPIO pins, for check my power supply. There is 5.7V while orangepi is hanged.
What we did:
I am afraid to think about it, but it seems like anything goes wrong on BROMs stage of loading.
What may be cause of this issue?
