{PROBLEM} Asterisk 13, FreePBX 13 on Ubuntu 16.04.2 ARM Devices (orangepiPC)

Hi guys
i am trying to install asterisk and freepbx on ubuntiu 16.04 using this guide

i tried almost 100 times and everytime it returned me with errors. i got errors at the last part when i run this command "./start_asterisk start"

root@orangepipc:/usr/src/freepbx# ./start_asterisk start

STARTING ASTERISK
./start_asterisk: line 45: /usr/sbin/safe_asterisk: No such file or directory
Asterisk Started

and another error i get is when i run this command "./install –n"

root@DietPi:/usr/src/freepbx# ./install -n

Try starting Asterisk with the './start_asterisk start' command in this directory

what should i do ? please help me with this ..

yes there were no results
i figured out that when i run "make menu" command and select "format_mp3" then save and exit, then i run "make install" it wont install and returns me this error

is there any reason to install freepbx? I've installed Asterisk long ago and it worked flawlessly, I didn't have any problem at all. As long as you know how to configure it manually, I suggest that path
