I've some question about LCD for Orange Pi 2G-IOT

Hi, I'm new user here.
I've a plan to make LCD and touch to interface with Orange Pi 2G-IOT board.
But I'm confuse with LED pin (Pin 1,2 and 33,34 of J3) Can any one explain me? what is difference between pin 1,2 and pin 33,34 for drive LED backlight?
Should I choose pin 1,2 or pin 33,34 for LED backlight?
And any one can provide full datasheet of RDA8810?

I am going to assume that is for the top and bottom led edge lite.
