Allwinner H5 "Java hardware acceleration". What is this?

I saw "Java hardware acceleration" being advertised as a feature in OPi PC2. What is it exactly? Is it CPU or GPU thing? Does it depend on Mali drivers? Does it even exist?
All I found on ARM Java hardware acceleration is a thing called Jazelle, which looks like a CPU instruction set. But it's really old and has been superseded by another sets, which the Allwinner H3 has as well. But Java HA is not advertised on H3 SoC.
So, what is it?
