Orange Pi one ( Not boot , no light on board ( Only light led at network card))

I was bought "Orange Pi One" and after claim "Steven zhao" and him with me "we think the board may get short circuit ".
So quality of  "Orange Pi " was had problem .
And i new order "Orange PI PC 2" , and him was talk with me that "We will check it before we send it to you" . I will wait for the next results.

So title : I have a question . "Where can I find out where the hardware failure comes from?"
( I no need repair it ,  i want find reason and understand it )

I did have the same results with my OPI lite but once I put a sd card with a good image it just booted. Led would lit red but once I entered the new password it went blue.

I was try few sd card , and many image OS . => All result : Board not boot .
I was try TTL debug and TTL debug  can't run .

That seems odd maybe you need a better power supply.

This power supply not problem . My power supply is : 5V 2A ( And i have power supply 5V 4A ) . I was test , this board can't start .
I was check power on this board  ( For picture i attach below ) => All ok . This board not short curcuit .

Hi,

1. I would check first the voltage at the 5V rail (GPIO pins 2 or 4 for 5V and pin 6 for ground). If that drops below 5V, you need an other power supply. I came across a Chinese copy of a PSP power supply that was rated 5V2A but after testing it, I  found out that it can only deliver about 450mA (0.45A). That power supply did have voltage of 5.12V at the 5V rail but my OPI stopped with the system LEDs off and the LAN LEDs on.

2. If you have a TTL to usb adapter, do you get any output at at UART port?

3. An other problem is how the images is written on the µSD card. You have to follow the instructions of the creator of the image. I came across problems here if I did not follow the instructions.

1 .This power never problem .
2. Board not short curcuit .

I think this problem from "Oscillator 24 MHZ " Because it not run => Board can't run .
I want try replace it by "Oscillator SMD Quartz Crystal - SMD 6035 - 4 Pads" same link below .

But i not understand Oscillator But I do not know if it's fit to board ?
