Does the Orange Pi zero have two I2C port?

Hi
The pinout shows me there are two I2C port, TWI1 and TWI0
but I can only recive data from TWI1.

How can I make the THWI0 aviable?

look at your script.bin file (use bin2fex from sunxi tools package).

sudo bin2fex script.bin script.fex
...make your changes to script.fex...
sudo fex2bin script.fex script.bin

You don't need to name it "script.fex", and I strongly recommend making a copy of script.bin before doing anything.
