General market terms and conditions

I want to know what are the terms and condition if I am using Orange Pi product together with my application and I am branding my application.
Can I sell it? Do I need to contribute somehow to Orange Pi foundation?
What are the limitation regarding commercializing my application together with your hardware support (Orange Pi device)? If there are, in what way?

I do have a website that manages my application. Do I have to state any reference to Orange Pi? (Like: "...this website is powered by Orange PI ") ?
I can NOT find online what are the terms and condition regarding commercializing my feature product.
