What's going on with the site http://www.orangepi.org, reversing a month can not open the site, I try through the proxy and sign up as from the German site opens without problems. Obviously the set access list and blocked the ip adreses from some countries.

I'm trying to understand your answer and find a connection between the questions and answers, but without success. Sorry if you could explain why I am unable to open the site for nearly a month. Today I can open but it is slow when I turn on the proxy and Germany ip address opening the site is almost immediately?

I think I've found the cause, when I changed my isp all started working as expected. Thanks to attempt solving.
