Thanks for your repl KY69. This is my board (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Orange-Pi-PC-Plus-SET ...

Unfortunately a power surge has taken out most of my OPis. The one still working is running the jacer image (based on loboris, the ones running the mate image burned on the power surge). I took a look at what there is in /media/boot, decompiled one of the script.bins for the OPi-PLUS in order to compare it to the fex I used for my OPi-PC, and found only 2 probable lines of interest. In the script.fex for the OPi-PC:

[mmc2_para]
sdc_used = 0
sdc_detmode = 3

while on the script.fex for the OPi-PLUS:

[mmc2_para]
sdc_used = 1
sdc_detmode = 1

As I mentioned, I have no experience with emmc, as my boards don't (didn't, as I am almost out of OPis now...) have emmc, and I may be completely off, but it may be worth investigating the difference in these parameters.

I run loboris Vivid Mate (I believe it is 15.04 if I recall correctly) from 2015-06-22 perfectly on my OPi2 and OPi-PCs, no problem at all since ever. I tried quite a few, and it is the best OS I found so far for my OPis. Do you have the correct script.bin for your boards? The Plus2 was released after the image I am using and I only have an OPi2 and OPi-PCs, so I cannot test the OS on a board identical to yours. Also, I only use static IPs on my personal networks, so I don't remember having tested DHCP on any distribution on my OPis, there may be problems I am not aware of, but that should not be difficult to solve. If you're not afraid of editing a few configuration files and trying to test the board with a static IP at first, then I may be able to assist you somehow. Let me know.

Thanks for your repl KY69. This is my board (https://www.aliexpress.com/item/ ... 3010608.0.55.TJlroy)  and still I'm new to this. Do you know why the Loboris OrangePI-PC_Ubuntu_Vivid_Mate.img image cannot be copy to emmc after boot from SD card. It shows emmc not found when run install_to_emmc command. If you can help it's a big help for me. I need this to run my campus project and what I'm trying to do is run a non gui LAMP server with tomcat installed to run my project files. Thanks.

First things first, did you get the network working? With regard to emmc I am afraid I will not be able to be of much help, as my boards don't have it and I have never tried anything with regard to that. I suspect the usual, though. Unless it was added later, the image did not come with a script.bin for your board, as it is from way before your board was released. If that is the case, you will have to edit script.fex in order to adpapt it for your hardware, as the fex file (bin after compiled) is the your hardware descriptor. There were other boards at the time the image was release which had emmc, so I would bet my chips on script.bin. In case you haven't already found out, all you need for that is sunxi-tools installed, and use bin2fex and fex2bin.

Thanks for the reply KY69. I'm going to try network fix today. Will let you know after I done it. Thanks anyway. Still I'm digging for a solution for emmc issue. If I get a proper solution I will update the thread. Thanks again.
