The Raspberry PI camera connector uses MIPI CSI-2 two lanes signals that carry data and sync at very high speed low voltage differential pairs.
The Orange PI camera module uses parallel (DVP) data signals and sync signals at ~3.0V single ended wires.
There are incompatible by design, unless the H3 have inside it a secret MIPI CSI-2 2 lanes converter deserializer...

I used a MachXO3 FPGA development board and a OV5640 development board to test a basic MIPI CSI-2 two lanes deserializer. It worked, but to date only at the 640x480 resolution and by using a tricky I2C configuration of the sensor from the OV5640 dev main board to set the sensor into the MIPI mode after the H3 Linux driver have first configured it for DVP mode. This need more work to be used properly.

I tested using two-lane MIPI CSI-2 signals to transmit data using the MachXO3 FPGA development board and the OV5640 development board to test a basic MIPI CSI-2 dual-lane serializer drift boss. Thanks for the suggestion!
