GPIO is not responsive to the python code

The python code written for controlling the GPIO of Orange Pi is actually a simple input and output where input is used at pin 10 and output is used at pin 24.

When an external input is given to pin 10, it should make pin 24 change state from high to low. But, it cannot be achieved. why?? I have check the python code. The python code seems ok. Please help me.
