Orange Pi 3G IOT Android not boot

I flash Orange PI 3-iot with Android.
Remove all jumpers
Connect to it over uart by putty
power Orange PI 3-iot
and get in loop error like on screen. Please help, how to boot Orange Pi 3G IOT? Thanks!
