[OrangePi3LTS] ethernet port blinking after poweroff

Hello,

I noticed that after a poweroff command, the ethernet led still blinks although the board is supposed to be shut down (the main led is off).

This behaviour exists on the provided Debian and Ubuntu images, and also Armbian.

How can this be fixed?
