tkaiser has covered/solved the issues extensively on armbian.com. You'll find your answers there. I'm successfully running stable distros armbian_5.05 and Openelec on OPI ONE. Use Armbian_5.05 distro, quality SDcard, quality power supply, quality cables for your OPI ONE and enjoy.
