ORANGE PI ZERO 2, DEBIAN, UNABLE TO CONNECT ARDUINO

I using orange pi zero 2.

Debian image provided
I connect to my arduino nano using USB. The arduino is transmitting. data but why my program is reading nothing at all. Its just blank lines?

I tried other OS on other board like armbian on OP4 or OP zero +2 there is no problem Anyone has solutions?

This manufacturer provided OS has alot of problems. I tried ubuntu image as well.
