Orange pi Lite CPU frequency 1.200Ghz.. is this the cause of Rebooting?

Hi there, i am new to all this. My orange pi lite works great with armbian coz its a lite OS, but every time i install heavy OS such as android or run kodi app it is getting rebooted continuously.

CPU frequency : 1.200GHz
DRAM frequency : 0.624GHz
Vcore :1.30

Processor: ARMv7 Processor rev 5 (v7i)
Distribution: ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS
Kernel version: Linux 3.4.113-sun8i armv7l

If this is the cause what should i do?
