Operating the H3 in a reliable way (sane clockspeeds)

Thanks, I am now looking at script.fex in an editor, so it's decision time.  What to change for a first attempt?  I definitely want to prevent throttling happening.  Then its the temperature when idle that I want to get down.  I doubt I will ever need all 4 cores going flat out.
