No, could not work for Prime. The connection at your attached photo could only work for zero and zero plus2.

is possible to connect Nas expansion to orange pi one by wiring some GPIO pins instead o using the usb port?

I tried a normal usb cable with a pi one and it didn't work, wondering if the cable must have a special order.
