I flash android6.0 and android 8.0 to 4g-iot,then, I config the iocard. I can confirm that my apn configuration is correct. The board displays 4g signals, but can't use traffic. Can you give me some advice?

Hi , I have the same problem.

3G/4G connectivity was fine on Android 6.0 image that came with the board but after flashing the 8.1 data connection stopped working.
With data disabled there is an "x" near the signal strength icon and enabling data removes it but no app can connect to internet. The board can receive phone calls.

@admin The Android 6 image uploaded to MEGA is in fact 8.1 - I flashed both. I had a back-up of the original 6.0 image that I was able upload and now the 4G data conenction is working again. Please fix this issue with the 8.1 image.
Other nice improvements would be:
- 60Hz HDMI output
- auto-power up when power connected (disable offline-charging)
- permanent root

Thanks!

I have feedback this issue to our engineer, he told me there is modification need for software. I will check with my supervisor whether we could update a new image recently.

If you've flashed Android 6.0 and Android 8.0 to a 4G IoT (Internet of Things) device and configured the IO card, but are facing issues with using data despite displaying 4G signals, here are some troubleshooting steps you can consider: Double-check the APN (Access Point Name) settings to ensure they are correct. The APN settings determine how your device connects to the internet. Make sure you have the correct APN, username, and password for your carrier.  Network Compatibility: Ensure that the 4G IoT device is compatible with the frequency bands and network technology (e.g., LTE) used by your mobile carrier and do visit https://www.scoopearth.com/recie ... n-las-vegas-nevada/ site there. If there's a mismatch, it can result in a connection but no data transfer.  SIM Card: Verify that the SIM card inserted into the device is functional and has an active data plan. Test the SIM card in another device to confirm its functionality.  Data Plan: Ensure that your data plan allows for internet access and that you haven't reached any usage limits or restrictions imposed by your carrier.
