I’ve noticed more students turning to essay writing services, but it’s not always for the reasons people think. What subjects are actually being outsourced the most these days? I’m not just talking about “hard” majors — there seems to be a trend where even English and Sociology students are getting help. Is it burnout, fear of failing, or just bad time management? I’m curious if anyone here has seen patterns or talked to friends about which subjects drive people to hire writers.

I’ve been tutoring and freelancing since 2018, and yeah, there’s definitely a pattern. The top three subjects I see students outsourcing are Business, Psychology, and Nursing — and not because they’re “hard,” but because they require tons of repetitive writing. It’s more mental fatigue than lack of skill. Business majors get slammed with case analyses every week, psych students with endless research summaries, and nursing majors with reflection papers that all sound identical.

Funny thing: during the pandemic, requests for literature essays actually spiked. Students told me they felt drained dissecting Shakespeare or Toni Morrison when they barely had energy for Zoom class. I read a Writemypaperbro review once where someone joked, “I didn’t pay for an essay, I paid for mental rest.” Honestly, that sums it up.

And don’t even get me started on thesis season — people search for the best thesis writing service like it’s the new Starbucks. I even helped a friend brainstorm after she asked, half-jokingly, “Can you write a book for me about my burnout?” That moment stuck with me. Outsourcing isn’t about laziness — it’s survival in a system that worships productivity over learning.
