Orange Pi Zero Disable UART debug Console

In my application I have requirement of 3 UART Ports. Is it possible to disable the UART debug console and use this serial port (UART) in my application. I really don't want to use external USB to serial module.
All debug and programming will be done via SSH and SFTP server.
Kindly advice.

Second to that.
Is there some way to use ttyS1, ttyS2, ttyS3 with Ubuntu, because there is no Debian Jessie for Lite ?
Is there some clean, straightforward advice how to enable these ports ?

I have OrangePi Lite with Ubuntu server. I have gone through a lot of net. There has been comments about Jessie and  FEX
I have installex sunxi-tools and tried:
