Orange Pi 5 Plus Does Not Boot!

Hello!  I have just bought a brand new Orange Pi 5 Plus Single Board Computer (SBC) with 16GB RAM and 256GB eMMC storage.  Yesterday, I took it out and proceeded to install it.  First, I installed the 256GM eMMC on the SBC.  Then, I plugged the HDMI cable to one of the HDMI output port of the SBC and into my monitor.  Lastly, I plugged the power adapter to the power port on the SBC and turned it on.  I immediately saw the graphics logo "Orange pi" appeared on the monitor.  But after about half an hour, it would not boot and the logo remained on the monitor and nothing else.  This Orange Pi 5 Plus SBC came with the Orange Pi OS already installed on the eMMC module.  So, does that mean this Orange Pi 5 Plus SBC is dead?  What could cause this SBC not to boot?  Please help!
