Update since then
I followed the documentation for the orangePI4 and extracted the code into 1 place. After that files and folder structures are different for both devices.Any help would be appreciated

It would be good to have more information about unpacking the image in order to get at what used to be called the system.img and was automatically unpacked using one of the easy to use Rockchip tools of old.

Same here, the instructions seems missing some important steps like:
- When building just with
> build.sh -UKu
a lot of files are missing:
- dtbo.img
- dbt.img
- parameters.txt

After that how is supposed to be the process to flash the kernel only image?

@OrangePi team, without a clear and accurate steps is nearly impossible to increase the spread of the board thanks to community improvements

Is it possible to have a clear way to build android on the OrangePi5?
