Touch emulation?

I am curious to know if this is at all possible. I would like to have the mouse click emulate touch gestures, specifically in games. I have notices that there are some games which are not resource intensive at all that cannot be ran because the "play" button (or whatever it may be) can't be pressed with the mouse. Any help with this would be appreciated, and I am running 4.4.2 with ZIDOO X1.

Yes, for the example this game is one of such games where you can't play because mouse keypress is not registered. And from this game you cannot exit by using the right mouse key so the only way is to use Alt-TAB + ESC  (see this thread) or to install some app for software keys (Button Savior works OK, works everything except task manager).

My problem isn't with exiting the game. I'd like to play it somehow. I'm looking for a way to get a mouse click to register as a touch press

I know, that's why I said:

I tried adding a touchpad it failed as well.  Anyone have any other ideas?
