How to install VNS, AnyDesk on 3 LTS?

Hello. I have an Orange Pi 3 lts board. I just can't figure out how to install the AnyDesk and VNS remote desktop programs! Tried ubuntu and debian. Doesn't start! Can you help?

sudo apt update --fix-missing
sudo apt upgrade

But I was able to connect....
anydesk --get-id
