Can't write Android image with PhoenixCard and can copy with dd

I bough Transcend card from same store I bought previous one and I burnt Android with PhonixCard as I did before.
When I plug sd card in orange pi then I get first screen with logo

It hangs. Nothing happen after I see logo. Then I copied first working card with dd tool to second card.
I compared second card with image using cmp tool.
Second card booted. But all files and settings were lost.
I had to guess how to change language again.
I hadn't files that I downloaded to first card before copying it with dd tool.
It is a bit odd. I have not expected that.

But I think second card is real and not counterfeit.

Have someone experienced same issues? Unable to burn image, while be able to clone it with dd or hanging on boot screen?

Any ideas? Cloning image takes hours on 32GB cards.

I will try to install linux on second card and I will look for different sd cards.

Let me know if you are in a similar situation or have any ideas.

I can write Lubuntu image with dd tool also. (just tested)
