[SOLVED] OPi 2 CON3 UART Access

Is it possible to access the OPi 2 CON3 Serial interface on pins 8/10. The documentation says that they should be accessible via /dev/ttyS2 but I'm not having any success. I'm trying to use a Ultimate GPS Breakout from AdaFruit.

I've run bin2fex and it looks like the port should be enabled?
