Orange Pi PC can play video files but it fails to play audio in certain files.
It seems if audio is AC3 then Orange Pi fails.
If it it is different stream (MP3 ??) then it plays audio.

You mean Dolby A/52 AC-3? This should be compiled in since 2009 or so in all player software. Or perhaps you mean AAC and then faac/faad is required to decode audio stream.

It tells: This audio format (AC3) is not supported.

Yes. It is Android Orange OS for Orange Pi PC. (that I downloaded from that website)
It fails to play audio  for that video in every player except VLC.
MX Players shows that error.

VLC fails differently. It has Audio but it does not show video.

I guess VLC handles everything in software.
Other players rely on native Android drivers that fails to play audio.

Same here. I couldn't get VLC to play any video but it plays AAC sound, MX Player plays every video but no AAC sound and Kodi plays everything but if you start video from the file manager choosing Kodi to play the file, then after watching the video you are not back to the file manager but rather moved to Kodi's main menu so you have to first exit Kodi or press Home button (if you installed soft keys) and then relaunch the file manager to continue browsing the files.
