O PI 2 Mini hangs on high network load

Hello guys,

I'm facing problems with PI 2 mini - it sometimes hangs (oh well: may be only network interface hangs) on high network load. (Like sftping very large files).

Is that a known problem?

Have you had a look whether you suffer from overheating?

1. cat /sys/class/thermal/thermal_zone1/temp
   
2. cat  /proc/cpuinfo
   
3. dmesg | egrep "killed|Budget"

and /proc/cpuinfo is unsuspicious, too.

The attached console told me that

while I was using X via XDMCP, and after some pause it resumed working.

The question is still the same - what's that and how to fix it?
