Orange pi is almost dead after install moto e4 custom rom

I flashed my orange pi 4g-iot with morotola moto e4 wich has the same cpu and gpu, but after writing flash with sp flash tool, board does not turn on and pc does not detect it over usb. how can i flash it again or turn it on with gpio?
