rt5370 can't work on archlinux

My board is o pi pc.The image is archlinux created by loboris.
And I have copyed  lib/modules/3.4.39 and lib/fireware/ to linux partition.
Now,system can boot normally,and I can login by ssh.
When I use lsusb,I can find rt5370 adapter.


ifconfig -a can alse find wlan0.


but when I use ifconfig wlan0 up ,error happened.

What should I do.
please help me

I have the same issue, is appears it is not loading the firmware to the wifi card, I am not sure of the reason. Take a look at dmesg and you will see what I mean. The fix is probably really simple, such as a line of config somewhere telling the module where to look for the firmware; is my guess. I just have not been able to focus much time on the problem, and I have loaned out my Orange Pi to someone to use for a project, so I will not be able to work on it for a few weeks.

just as you say,when I use dmesg -c command ,the tip like this,"rt2x00lib can not load firmware".I am looking for a solution.Could you please
tell me, if you solve this problem?

I have the same issue,but after use  prower about 1A,it's work.
