Is there any assumption when sunxi_cedar_mod driver will be implemented?

I found a build of FFMPEG with support of cedar hardware acceleration on encoding

the only issue required is /dev/cedar_dev device driver

Cedar_dev is part of kernel
Who knows, when the OPi H3 kernel with cedar_dev support is going to be released?
