You need util fex2bin and bin2fex....
After edit script.fex make command fex2bin script.fex script.bin.
And after that copy it to 1st partition of Sd card where already uImage.

I have Oranage Pi 2 i copy this script.bin and writ lubuntu [Official]

But TV out don't work.

What i'm doing bad?

Which version of Lubuntu did you have?
You need Oficial 1404 0.9.0 because 0.8.0 doesn't support script.bin extension

It try download it by web....... impossible its all in chinesse and you must register and login......then i try to download using JDOWNLOADER and it's work

I burn the image and by default it's work with my HDMI -> VGA. Don't show resolution problems

In the other hand i copy your script.bin [for AV out] and i can't see it on my TV -.-

How can i install wifi drives?

May be You are forget edit /etc/modules insert record about tv
After that try disconect HDMI and reboot.
