If you are running the v1.1, then it could onl support 8GB SD card. If v1.2, then it could support both 8GB and 16GB. For v1.1, the power is not enough for SD card bigger then 8GB.

I have OPi2G-IOT, I was looking for sdcard that really support with it. one of requirement is big capacity (>32GB).
