Debian 9.0.0 (aka Stretch) has been officially released. Is there going to be a version available for the Orange Pi Plus(that can work headless)?, or can I use the ISO directly from Debian? What are the next steps?

Did you upgrade to stretch?  Does an in-place dist-upgrade work?
