Hi guys,
I have a OrangePi Zero Plus 2 (H3). I tried flashing some Android images with micro sd card made by PhoenixCard. And then I tried flashing images thru usb wire.
Until one day, I flashed a 3rd party android image.
It starts correctly. But when I try to flash other images into it, I found both way unavailable now, (sd card and usb wired).
I tried debugging thru serial, I can see debug output but cannot input anything.

My question is, is there a way to force flashing a image in my situation? Or just wipe all things in the EMMC? Any jumper?
Thanks,
-Xiang

How to install Android from microSD to EMMC?

1) Write Android image into EMMC
Steps for writing image into EMMC is almost the same with writing into TF card.
a. Download corresponding Android image and Phoenix Card writing tool.
b. Formatting SD card.
c. Make sure the Disk is same as TF card, and start formatting SD card.
d. Write Android into TF card, please note the red mark, which is different from writing into TF card.---"choose 'product' before you flash the image
After written image with Card production, then exit.
e. Power it on, you could found that the red LED on board is flashing which means the image is writing. When the LED is off, image written finished. Take off the TF card, then power the board on, it should run.

BTW, for my personal experience, it's highly recommended to install to the EMMC, for it's way faster ...

If Armbian then use nand-sata-install

Hello,

I've managed to install both Dietpi and Armbian to the EMMC on a OPi ZP2 H3. They both have ...

I think writing into emmc of zero plus 2 h3 should be same as pc plus.

Hello,

I've managed to install both Dietpi and Armbian to the EMMC on a OPi ZP2 H3. They both have this option on their install routines. But with other distros I have the same problem as you did, no way to install to the EMMC.

BTW, for my personal experience, it's highly recommended to install to the EMMC, for it's way faster than the SDHC cards. OPi ZP2 H3 is very fast booting and working from the EMMC. Put my Raspberry Pi 3 to shame.
