Is there a command line in LibreElec?

Hi,
I cannot find how go to the command line of LibreElen in OPI Pc. I tried some general tutorials, but they did not work.
Is there a way to do it or I have to use SSH?

I know it... i try to make an media box and have only worries about. Libreelec will not work iptv cause it is blocked and openelec for opi lite wifi doesn't work. BTW, i upgrade my stereo system with the Opi Lite (using MPC/MPD).

^Hey, i have OPILite and tried both openelec/libreelec and wifi was working without any problems. The only issues is with the video watching that its just stucks, its slows, its kicking me from the player back to the menu,etc and i cant find any fix of that.
