Orange pi web hosting is very slow in Europe!

Plase change hosting company and move to Europa servers or USA Server , ....

You know, currently I'm viewing this forum from the Saint-Petersburg (Russia), and it works pretty fast... But not 24/7 - sometimes it's unavailable for about 15 minutes at the late evening (~23:30 at the UTC+3 timezone).
I'm using my 90-100 Mbit/s home internet connection and 5 Mbit/s HSPA on smartphone - it works normally.
So, please, check your internet connection and your ISP.
