One More Dumb ?

I beleive I got it to boot.

I have Debian Jessie 3.4 installed and it has booted. I am able to issue the ssh to root@192.168.n.n
My router detect a orangepizero.

But I have a password of orangepi all lowercase and it is not accepting it.

What would the correct password be?

Several distros refuse to accept a root login via ssh, so maybe that's the reason.

Try to ssh as user (orangepi most certainly) and then try to issue a sudo command. If you're successful that means that your distro is not accepting root login, which is a good thing in most cases.

Besides, being always logged as root is not a good thing I'd say!

Will the orangepi user have a password, orangepi I am assuming.
I should add, that I am just trying to get logged in for the 1st time.

FYI

Yes, On Jessie You have to sign on as root and the password is "1234". It then makes you change it and create a user.
