Zero and Ubuntu Server bug - dual core

One more weird bug of Ubuntu Server 2016-11-24 image for Orange Pi Zero is that it only detects 2 cpu cores:

I have ended up using Armbian instead - it detects quad core fine
Very poor support of "official" Ubuntu Server. Avoid using it
