Overscan on Plus 2E

After putting the Android image onto my Plus 2E I connected it with an HDMI cable to my 4K Samsung smart TV. Poking around all the Chinese lables I found the resolution settings, default is 720p - but for some reason it was expanded a ways beyond the screen edges like overscanning on old analog TVs.

Where do I find how to switch it to English (screenshots please, if you can), and will it still overscan when set to 1080p 60hz?
