Thank you, it is a great image....is there any android app out there to remote the opi? Any recomend ...

there is remodroid and vnc server but both are unreliable. you can do better with particular appication, for exmple Kodi has cool remote apps.

system partitions are eating storage space

Been running now for a while and been used to play 720p video most of the time its on. I got some HEATSINKS from ebay and put them on the cpu and ram. ( not that i thought the ram got that hot but had spares. )

I do not have it running here at my home but my friend who uses it reports that after a few hours of use it starts to stutter and lose sync on audio/visual .. I guess obviously the cpu is over heating. Would the addition of a fan direct;y over it solve this, or do I need to do what I have read on here and online and bring the cpu speed/ voltage or something down.. ?

Any help would be appreciated

I was going to add a fan hole above the cpu and put a 30mm fan there, low powered silent one. just to blow down on it.

i am not using fun, just heatsink. Temp max. at 81 Degrees of celsius when running Kodi and playing HD movies. It goes down to 60  when idle. I am using ceramic heatsink for raspberry from aliexpress. The box is standard opi pc box. However, i am not usink the plastic part with OPI logo which means that there is a 40 PIN connector is open. Further reduction of temperature requires to lower down the frequency. You can tweak it by downloading SetCPU app and rooting this image.

work ok for me on 10+ OPI PC PLUS devices.
Sounds to me like an issue with cooling or power source.
