the burning process is set to burn the image to internal memory.
teoretically you can change the "./burn" script to write output to usb instead of mmcblk
but no idea if this wil boot on opi pc... but you can try...

Yes it is
1. Burn image to SD card
2. Boot from this SD
3. Don't run burn.sh - only copy image (final.img) somewhere - to USB, shared disk - to have access in Windows
4. Burn final.img to 8GB sd card in Win32DiskImager
5. Boot from SD card

It works very well. It is almost perfect distro for many people who is not familiar in linux - Android is everywhere It is really usable as Android TV.
I think it should be work on Pi Plus from SD too - I didn't try.
One issue - on Pi PC doesn't work WiFi. If someone can fix this...

as for OPIPC, i assume that drivers are compiled in kernel.  so someone has to take the kernel from OPI PC and put it into this image
But for OPIPC there are working android alternatives with simmilar quality so why to spend time on that?

Is there a problem if I use a 16GB sd card instead of 8GB ?
I wouldn't want to buy one. It must match emmc memory ?
