I just got brand new Orange Pi 3 Zero, I tried install Orang Pi OS but got HDMI no signal. SSH service is available, buat I am unable to login, since no user created in first login, I don't have any serial device to access UART. I tried ssh using root/root, root/orangepi, orangepi/orangepi, root/1234, but no luck.
