OPI's power consumption and operating temperature information

I'm looking for a more robust and lower power consumption alternative to the Raspberry Pi 4B.

The Orange Pi 3 Plus or Orange Pi 3B looks like a good fit for my project.

But I cannot find any information about its power consumption and operating temperature.
